Ed is constantly adding to the wealth of knowledge that has made him Beneco’s resident compliance subject matter expert and an industry thought leader. He spent more than a decade with Ernst & Young consulting with clients and the industry on plan selection, plan design, plan termination, ESOPs, executive compensation, taxation of plan distributions, plan mergers, stock options, employee communication, incentive pay plans, regulatory audits, and plan contribution deductions. He has also served as president of the Employee Benefit Forum, was a lecturer for professional societies on ERISA issues and a former educator for ASPPA in San Antonio.
